Pictorial: Buhari confers national honours on Nigerians, foreigners

President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Tuesday, conferred national honours on 447 persons at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. Dejoymedia had reported that 5,000 nominees were received by the George Akume-led awards committee, but only 447 were selected for the awards.
