The Okere of Saki, HRM OBA Khalid OLABISI (Oyedepo III) , in the early hours of today, lost one of his Oloris – Waliyat Olabisi to the cold hands of death.
The shocking news was broken in Kisi today at the flagging off of the well publicised Obasanjo Foundation & Ahmed Raji free Medical Outreach by HRM, The Iba of Kisi, Oba Masoud Oyekola Aweda Lawal (Arowoduye II) in his welcome address to his fellow royal fathers, dignitaries as well as the potential beneficiaries of the Medical intervention.
He cited, with sadness, the unfortunate incident as the reason the Okere, who was supposed to lead other Okeogun Obas to the event could not be part of the flagging off ceremony, while praying for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
The deceased is survived by three children and other royal/ extended family members.
