Tinubu expresses support for the creation of the National Institute of Progressive Studies, emphasizing its role in educating party members on democratic principles and governance. He believes this institute will provide a distinct identity for the party, contributing to its overall progress.

The President acknowledges challenges faced by democracy in the past but remains optimistic about a promising future for Nigeria. He calls for collaboration with various government arms and commends the party’s leadership for their efforts in promoting progressive ideals.

Tinubu urges the party’s leadership to focus on targeting more youths and women in the ongoing e-registration and digital membership validation exercise, slated for completion in the first quarter of 2024. He emphasizes his solidarity with the advancement of the party’s progressive ideological stance.

Expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support during campaigns and the subsequent electoral victory affirmed by the Supreme Court, Tinubu acknowledges the demands of his office, necessitating increased focus, dedication, and time.

Concerned about the alarming number of out-of-school children, Tinubu calls for addressing the issue by establishing more schools, recruiting teachers, and providing at least one meal a day for school children. He aligns this initiative with the party’s progressive ideology.

The National Chairman of the All Progressives’ Congress, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, assures the President of strategies in place for success in upcoming by-elections.

Ganduje highlights the planned establishment of the National Institute of Progressive Studies, emphasizing its role in enlightening members on democracy and formulating policies to strengthen Nigeria’s democratic principles.
