Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde pledges to pay civil servants a 13th-month salary before the new year, reaffirming his commitment during the 2023 Christmas Carol Service.

Makinde, known for this annual initiative since 2019, expressed gratitude for God’s faithfulness despite economic challenges.
