TUC President Denies Political Motives Behind Joe Ajaero’s Visit, Cites Longstanding Issues

The President of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), Festus Osifo, denies political motives behind Joe Ajaero’s visit to Imo State, stating it’s to address longstanding labor issues.

Osifo accuses the Imo State government of orchestrating the attack on Ajaero and politicizing the incident. Labor unions declare a nationwide strike from November 14 in protest.
