Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has affirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to upholding high-quality education in the state.
During the unveiling of Ogombo Senior High School in Eti-Osa East Local Government Area, which was donated by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), Governor Sanwo-Olu praised COWLSO for its consistent partnership with the state government in advancing the educational and technological aspects of his administration’s T.H.E.M.E.S + Agenda.
Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the significant and complementary role that COWLSO has played and continues to play in the state’s efforts.
The newly inaugurated purpose-built 15-classroom block, spanning three floors, was designed with the needs of physically challenged students in mind, aligning with global standards and the government’s T.H.E.M.E.S.+ policy to ensure inclusivity.
The project was a collaborative effort between COWLSO and the Lagos State Committee on Rehabilitation of Public Schools, as stated by Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, the Chairman of COWLSO and the governor’s wife.
