Former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande has felicitated with the Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Dr Zacheus Adedeji on his 47th birthday.
In a statement issued in Ibadan, Prof Akande noted that Dr Adedeji is a trail blazer whose impact on the nation’s financial landscape cannot be ignored.Prof Akande noted that Dr Adedeji has etched his imprints on the nation’s tax system within his short tenure as Chairman of the FIRS and assured that his initiatives will revolutionise the sector.
“Your success did not come as a surprise to those of us who knew you as the Commissioner of Finance in Oyo State, where you wrote your name in gold with landmark achievements. “We celebrate with you on this occasion and pray that God shall grant you long life and good health”, the statement concluded.
