President Bola Tinubu defended his 48-member cabinet during a meeting with a delegation from the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).

Tinubu urged Nigerians to unite and shift their mindset towards money, emphasizing the importance of preaching understanding, tolerance, perseverance, and hope for the country’s well-being.
He acknowledged criticisms about the size of his cabinet but argued that providing manageable challenges was essential for mobilizing efficient and resourceful individuals.
Despite the country facing various challenges, Tinubu expressed his government’s unwavering commitment, promising fairness to all Nigerians. He welcomed feedback and acknowledged the role of prayers and divine will in his position.
The CAN President also spoke at the event, expressing the group’s confidence in Tinubu’s administration and a readiness to partner with it. The collaborative spirit was emphasized, with Tinubu urging Nigerians to observe and report any government inadequacies for improvement.
