Nigerian artist Rema emerged victorious at the 2023 Trace Awards, securing the Song of the Year and Best Global Africa Artist of the Year.
This achievement positioned him ahead of industry heavyweights Burna Boy and Davido. The event, held in Kigali, Rwanda, drew musicians, fans, and stakeholders to the East African country.
Davido claimed two awards, taking home Best Male and Best Collaboration, while Burna Boy was honored with Album of the Year for “Love Damini.”
