Brig. Gen. Olu Adewa (retd.), the newly appointed Commander of the Ekiti State Amotekun Corps, has issued a stern warning to criminal elements, urging them to stay away from the state. Assuring the public of the corps’ determination to establish a crime-free environment, Adewa stated that the organization would utilize both traditional and technological methods to eliminate criminal activities.

Speaking during a joint operation called the ‘Show of Force,’ which involved collaboration between the Amotekun Corps, Nigerian Army, and other security agencies across the state’s local government areas, Adewa emphasized that the exercise serves as a clear message to criminals that their activities will not be tolerated.
