The Otun Balogun Adinni of Bode – Olude, Alhaji (Asiwaju) Dapo Wahab, has felicitated with Nigerian Muslims as they join other believers globally to commemorate this year Eld-El-Fitr.
In a statement issued by his Director of Media and Publicity, Adejola Adeyemi Crown, he enjoined the Muslim faithful to continue to demonstrate in their lives, the good virtues of the prophet and lesson of the holy month of Ramadan.
This, he said, would engender peace, unity, happiness and love needed for the growth and development of the country.
“As I rejoice with you on this holy and significant occasion, I wish to enjoin you to replicate in your lives, the lessons of tolerance, piety, patience, honesty, justice and good neighbourliness as preached and exemplified by Prophet Muhammad”.
“I wish our Muslim brothers and sisters peace, harmony, happiness, good health and further prosperity on the occasion of Eid fitr”.
“Let me use this medium to implore everyone to let the spirit of forgiveness, love, unity and steadfastness imbibed during the holy month continue to be part of our daily lives, and may Allah fulfill all our dreams on this special day of celebration”, he added.
