Hon Umar Farouk Arisekola-Alao’s bid to represent Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the coming Saturday’s elections has received a boost from the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP).
A Press statement from the Accord Party candidate’s campaign office reads:
“The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has thrown its weight behind the candidacy of Hon. Umar Farouk Arisekola-Alao, Accord’s candidate for Ibadan North in the forthcoming national assembly elections.
This development was made known by Prince Adebayo Adewale Jagunmolu,the chairman, NNPP, Ibadan North under the leadership of Alh Adebisi Olopoeyan at a local government meeting of leaders, elders and members of the party across all the 12 wards of Ibadan North federal constituency.
The support of the NNPP further adds to the swelling support the Accord candidate has been receiving and lends credence to his huge popularity amongst the electorates and key stakeholders in the constituency.
