A real estate company, Zealand Contractors Limited, has commenced an installment plan to aid property payment and encourage markets in diapora.
The company disclosed this at the inauguration and allocation of their Imade city project.
The firm, in a statement, observed that Nigeria was not encouraging green areas, which was in contrast to the system abroad.
It said the system in Nigeria should replicate what was being done abroad.
“With intent to reduce housing deficit in Lagos, having completed over 10 projects both on the mainland. Zealand property inaugurates her newest product, Imade city in the ancient city of Epe,” it stated.
Speaking on the facilities to be provided in the estate, the Managing Director, Adedeji Agarawu, said the estate could be used for retreats, as a resort centre, and so on, adding that the prices were affordable.
“Integrity, being one of watch words, informed one of the main reasons for today’s event, that is, prompt allocation of land after making full payment,” he stated.
Agarawu added, “As it is part of our mission to help craft desired lifestyles, Imade city is already set in that line and is almost sold out while an Imade city extension already exists.
