Everybody wants good and beautiful things of life, the good things, the luxury things, the beautiful fleets of cars, aesthetic houses, good accessories and gadgets, nice cloths, befitting shoes, and nourishing foods, a flamboyant lifestyle and healthy living, payed and reliable job, Having all these good things do not make us a wicked or a covetous person the bible says
“I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in good health, even as thy soul prospers” 3 john 1 vs 2
It is the delight of God to see you beautifully dressed and having every good things of life,
Yes these beautiful things of life are for us.
“God gave Adam dominion over the fishes of the sea, and over the fowls of the air, and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Gen1vs26
These are things that constitute the riches of this world, and it was handed to man, i.e. you and I. After creating them in verse 28, He created man(Adam and Eve). God blessed them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth and subdue it.” He said.
We can see that God proposes good for man and he created man and handed it over to him to have dominion and he Blessed them,and he also saw that it was very good.
The servant of Abraham testifies
“The lord has blessed my master (Abraham) greatly; and he is become great and he hath given him flocks herds, and silver and gold and men servants, maid servant, and camel and asses” Gen24vs 34,35
Many youth today thinks is not possible to be rich as a Christian, they think it is punishment to serve God , they think following God makes you a suffer head , and not enjoy the good things life. They think walking in the counsel of God makes you a nonentity…
NO!
Rather, following God brings the best out in you.
Your present position, no matter how highly placed you are, is not your best.
Your best is in christ. The giver of a perfect gift.
It is not found in anywhere else or any other book or document.
“who else has the perfect gift or who can freely give us any good gift?Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the father of light, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1vs17
Look through into your life, the gift of your beautiful self, your body, your brain, all the vital organs and those amazing feelings and sensing organs all these come from God, Our God is the father of light.
Anything darkness is not from God, it not perfect, it is vile and void.
Look at the system of your body how they function with peace and harmony, that is God’s perfect gift at work.
If whatever generate your riches doesn’t give you inner peace, You are not living in the fullness prosperity of christ.
Lamentation 3vs17″ and you have removed far from my soul peace l forget prosperity, without peace no prosperity”.
What you think is prosperity is mirage, it cannot last!
See how you are struggling with it,
Many people do say “but we cant be perfect”,
Yes, you cannot be perfect on your own.
And I have not come to say you should be perfect,I have only come to say you should tap into someone who is perfect,Who can make our strength perfect in weakness and Who can give us perfect gifts. The man Jesus.
The true riches and perfect gifts of God cannot make you run mad, you cannot die prematurely or loose a vital organ of your body, your loved ones or make deadly sacrifice every week because you live a beautiful life, no! That’s not God’s gift and it’s not perfect.
The blessing of the lord is everlasting.
The blessings and riches of God exceed generations.
It is not time bound, it is everlasting.
An everlasting life, life eternal, life abundance, life unprecedented, life of comfort and Peace.
“The blessings of God maketh rich and addeth no sorrow with it ” Proverbs 10vs22
Why you still consider it good is the complete work of the devil, Eve also saw that the fruit was good, but we all know the end result,
The bible says “They do not believe, because their minds have been kept in the dark by the evil gods of this world, he keeps them from seeing the light that comes from the Good News about the glory of christ, who is the exact likeness of God”
so it is the gods of this world that keep the good provision of God away from you,again, all these things are made for us to rule over.
Today it is never too late to have the good things of God but note that the blessings of God cannot be taken for granted.
You cannot actually use the money provided by God to drink alcohol, smoke cigarette, shisha, take drugs, have sexual intercourse with prostitutes.
Please come to christ today
Come and enjoy the blessedness of His riches
It is the blessing of the lord that make rich and add no sorrow,
The lord wants to raise generation of people who will buy car and not first take it to beer lounge, but who will take it to church among children of God to celebrate the blessing and the Goodness of God, people who will stand in the world platform and dedicate thier success to God
And everyone everywhere will join to celebrate God and by so doing the knowledge of God will fill and cover the whole earth as water covers the sea the sole aim of God.
