The Nigeria Bar Association, Saki Branch, Oyo State, has declared a week long- mourning period in honour and respect for the late Chief Olawuwo Oladoke Siyanbola a senior colleague at the Bar, who passed on on the 12th June, 2022.
“Therefore, with the permission of my Lord Justice Lajide, the Bar has delacred a week period in honour of the deceased, from Monday, the 13th June, 2022, to Friday, 17th June, 2022.” The Association said in release signed by Adesoji O. Oke Esq.
The final burial rites of Chief Siyanbola is slated for the 1st day of July, 2022.
Consequently, all cases are adjourned to later days.
The Association further directs Legal Practitioners from the outside Saki Judicial Divisions to note this, as no case will be conducted in Courts for the stipulated period.
The Association’s prayer is for God to have mercy on the rest of its members, comfort the families of the departed senior colleague and forgive the shortcomings of the deceased.
